Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship only within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India.

Order processing

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote areas and some pin codes may take a little longer.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. If you have not received it, contact us with your order number and we will share it.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Delays

Courier delays can occasionally happen due to weather, festivals or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will follow up with the courier for you.

Returns Policy

7-day easy returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and freebies included

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Inflatable products (pools, rings, floats, loungers, boats) that have been inflated or used
  • Swim caps, goggles and other swimwear accessories
  • Hair accessories
  • Personalised or customised products, including customised return gifts
  • Items bought on clearance or marked "final sale"

How to return an item

  1. WhatsApp or call us on 99203 73644, or email kidszeenie@gmail.com, within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, the item you want to return, the reason, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will share our return address.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us using a trackable courier. Please share the tracking number with us.

The cost of shipping the return is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items (see below).

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and the outer package
  • An unboxing video, if available (this helps us resolve your case faster)

In these cases, we will arrange a free pickup and send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

When you will get your refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

How you will be refunded

  • Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking): refunded to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–7 business days to show it in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer. We will ask for your UPI ID or bank details when your return is approved.

Exchanges

Would you like a different colour, design or size instead? Tell us when you request the return, and we will arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
